Orbi Router RBR350 unable to connect to internet during setup

You don't have anything else connected to the cm8200? I know it has more than 1 ethernet port but most ISP's only allow 1 public ip address. So make sure only 1 device is connected to it.
Try this.
Unplug everything from the arris. Including its coax. Then power it off for up to 10 minutes.
Have everything unplugged from the router as well and it powered off at the same time.
then connect the coax back to the modem and power it on. Wait 2 minutes.
Then plug in port 1 on the cm8200 to the wan port on the orbi.
Power the orbi on. Attempt setup.
