Orbi Router RBR350 VLAN website login
Hi I'm trying to connect new Orbi Router RBR350 with 2 satellites. I have reached the point where I need to change the VLAN from 10 to 2. I know I need to go to the orbilogin.net website and log in a...

It would help to know how you reached this point.
- The Orbi 'app' was used to enter the PPPoE credentials , or
- A web browser was used to set up the router.
- How is the device that is running the web browser connected to the Orbi system?
- With an Ethernet cable? or
- Over WiFi?
Typically, the Orbi router assigned itself the IP address 192.168.1.1 (not 0.1)
Perhaps opening the web browser to 192.168.1.1 will get you into it.

thanks. I can't wait to love my Orbi.
How i reached this point:
- The Orbi 'app' was used to enter the PPPoE credentials
- yes the PPPoE credentials were entered, but no wifi could be joined
- How is the device that is running the web browser connected to the Orbi system?
- Over WiFi

thanks i will try this now

- This hasn't worked.
- The device that is running the web browser connected to the Orbi system can't connect to the wifi.
Even if the Orbi router assigned itself the IP address 192.168.1.1 (not 0.1) the device can't find a website as there's no wifi.
If i go on to my own-non-wifi browser (Optus) that also doesn't work.

I know someone out there should be able to help with a simple answer. I'm just so keen to get over this hurdle...it seems like it should be so easy.

Have you hardwired a pc/laptop into the orbi to try it?
What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
Is this a new purchase? If so, you get 90 days of free support from date of purchase. Might be faster to go through support.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

Thanks. I had totally missed the point.
- When the 350 was first powered up, it produced a WiFi signal that matched the credentials on the product label, correct?
(On the bottom of the case. The letters "O-R-B-I" plus a two digit number for the SSID and a combination of silly words for the password. Correct?) - The smartphone connected to that WiFi network correctly, found the router and began the set up?
- (confession: I do not ever use the Orbi 'app' to set up routers. I understand more and more customers no longer have computers that have Ethernet ports and thus cannot connect directly to a Ethernet port on the router for setup.)
- During the setup process, where the PPPoE user name and password are entered (and accepted?)
Was there a step where the WiFi SSID/password were changed? - So the issue now is:
- Neither the original WiFi network nor the new WiFi network appear at all? (and thus cannot be selected by the device running the web browser)
- A WiFi network appears, but connection attempts fail?
I never had occasion to use any of my 90 days of "complimentary support" and would be fascinated to hear "how it goes".
