Orbi Router RBR750 won't connect to Internet
I had to change my modem (now a Nighthawk CM1200) this morning and now my Orbi RBR750 Router system won't connect to the internet from the modem. I don't consider myself super knowledgeable in this d...

You probably have a copy of the CM1200 User Manual:
https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/CM1200/CM1200_UM_EN.pdf
Notice that although the modem has four Ethernet ports, it is the top port that is intended to be used.
After verifying that the modem is working correctly by connecting a computer (desktop, laptop) to the top port, that same Ethernet cable should be unplugged from the laptop and connected to the RBR750 router WAN port. (yellow)
only one device should be connected to the modem at any time.
After connecting, it is a good idea to wait before powering up the RBR750 and first cycle the power on the modem so that it "forgets" about the computer connection and is ready for the router.
This is what you did already?

Perhaps it would be useful to observe how the router describes the Ethernet connection to the modem.
Connect the computer to one of the router LAN ports, access the management site with a web browser, navigate to the Advanced Tab home page, and click on Show Statistics. How does it describe the status of the WAN port?
What is the Internet Service Provider?
What modem was replaced by the CM1200?
