During this time, were any of the WiFi devices powered off and back on again?

Hi,
I only tried rebooting a couple of devices (iDevice AC switches) and remained "alarmed".

Excuse the delay to respond but I had not been able to try any troubleshooting steps. Finally today I was able to do some testing and I really doubt that it has to be with distance from Satellite to Router or the modem. The reason why I said this is because andI set the router to factory settings and decided to install just the router with no satellite. Hence when prompted for number of satellites attached during the setup process, I indicated that there was not satellite and left only the router configured as standalone.
As soon as configuration was complete I noticed that only 5ghz devices were connected I tried with one of my 2.4 idevices switches set it to factory default and tried to connect it to the network and no luck, it never got connected. I left the router connected for about one hours and no 2.4 devices were able to connect. Then I decided to install the satellite and guess what right away the 2.4 ghz devices started to connect. I begin to think that the router has an issue with 2.4 connections.
Current firmware installed: V4.6.9.11_2.3.5
