Orbi Router RBR850 "No Internet Connection"

Question

I am beyond frustrated with trying to set up this Orbi again. I have had this for nearly a year now, and a storm knocked the power out briefly last night, and the Orbi hasn't worked correctly since. I have done factory resets on the Orbi as well as my modem, and no matter what I do, the Orbi tells me that there is no internet connection.&nbsp; I have verified that I have an internet connection, and my modem is functioning correctly. I am have internet access when I connect my modem to my computer via an ethernet cable.&nbsp; When I connect the Orbi to the modem with an ethernet cord, and attempt to set it up through the app, I get as far as "Orbi Network Detected - "check" Cables Connected - "x" checking internet connection. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

1. what modem do you have?&nbsp;
2. what firmware is on the orbi?&nbsp;
3. you said you're setting up using the app? If you're on ios make sure the icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.&nbsp;
4. have you tried setting up through the browser and not the app?&nbsp;
