Orbi router RBR850
I’m trying to set up my new orbi Router. I followed all the steps from the app and it still won’t connect.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Use a wired PC and web browser to setup the RBR and RBS.
Power OFF the ISP Modem or ONT for 30 seconds as well prior to walking thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1.
