Orbi RPK353 first install says no internet
Trying to install Orbi for the first time but on installation says no internet. But can get Internet working with old router. Have power cycled etc but no change. Tried via app and webpage but nothin...

By RPK353, I assume that you mean the RBR350 router that comes with the RBS350 satellites.
Connect through what? A modem/gateway/ONT? What is it? Make and model?
What happens when you try?
What says no internet?
