Orbi Satellite RBSE960B Ethernet Ports Working Intermittently

Just updating this, having my 960 series online, with RBS wireless and ethernet connected, anything connected behing the RBS have been stable and getting internet services. I have a couple of ethernet devices behind one RBS and serveral connected behind the other that feeds a basement residence. No issues claimed by the residence from the basement area.
FW is v.21 on my system. Working well.

What devices are connected to the ethernet ports on the RBS?
Using the 1Gb ports or the 2.5Gb ports on the RBS?
What CAT# lan cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and RBS been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Might downgrade the system back to v.21. v.31 seems to be problematic.
RBS first, then RBR lastly...you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch after downgrading.

Could this be due to an IP address conflict somehow? It is interesting this is happening on the two wired devices plugged into the same satellite device's ethernet ports. How could I test that, and if there is a conflict, then manually assign IP addresses to the two wired devices?
