New systems come with 90 days of 'complimentary supprt'. My 90 days went by before I had any reason to ask for help, so I never used it.
Would be very interested to see if Netgear is able to help you.

I ordered the router on April 26th and turned on May 4th. My original post was incorrect. I'm now out of the 90 day window. Shame on me for not following up sooner!
