There have been (to many to count) posts on the Community Forum describing problems when Orbi AX satellites are not on the same firmware release as the Orbi router.
I'd suggest getting everything on the same firmware release. Version 7 of the firmware introduced the IoT Network feature. You seem to have two choices:
- Update the router to v7.2.6.31 or
- Push the satellites back to v4.6.9.11

If you need stable FW, v.21 is the most stable FW for the 7 and 8 series Orbi systems.
