the inteno is more than just a "switch". Its a l2 managed switch. It puts you in a double nat if not setup properly. Might contact whomever gave you (isp/person) the switch to figure out how to put the netgear into the inteno's dmz. Or you can try the netgear in access point mode. to prevent the double nat.
