What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling AX mode on 2.4Ghz under Basic Tab/Wireless settings.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Thanks for your reply but, unfortunately, none of the steps suggested made any difference.
Satellites are correctly positioned and work fine with all the devices, except this one.
Disabling AX on 2.4Ghz does nothing. As well as removing the coexistence between 20/40Mhz. Preamble and CTS cannot be changed. They are not selectable from the router web interface.
Armor detected the box as an attack as soon as it was re-enabled. Disabling Armor did nothing. The hub is connected via Ethernet to the main router (it can only be connected that way) and the box via wifi on the same router (the box does not support Ethernet).

One quick check to see if this wifi device sees and connects at all, disable WPA on the RBR. Turn OFF the RBS for now. See if the device will connect. Re-enable WPA2 and AES after testing.
I'd contact the mfr of this device to get additional help and information regarding there product.
- Guelfo83Mar 11, 2022AspirantYes, it does connect to the network and to the internet. It doesn’t connect to the other device. It was working OK with another router and with this one, before they updated the router software. I have contacted the manufacturer but they didn’t bother providing a solution unfortunately. I have been made aware that other people had some issues connecting this device to a Wifi 6 router
