Thanks mate. I didn't know there was a new firmware version. I have the automatic update activated and I searched for new software yesterday but it said it was already updated. Are you aware of any issues with the new firmware?
Sometimes NG doesn't put release builds up on the services for notification of something new.
Users have expressed having better experiences with v.13. Mines been working well after I loaded it.
- Thank you. I had to manually update it. It didn’t fix the problem but it seems to be working fine. There are some issues with showing the connected devices in the orbi app, but so far so good. I think the hue box is simply incompatible with some wifi 6 routers. It works fine with Archer; it worked so and so with Linksys, but it completely struggles with Orbi for some reason. The only solution would be to buy a wifi AC extender, create a separate network and connect both Hue hub and sync box to that network.
