Orbi wifi 6 locks up when ipad goes flat, 2 times now

So twice now, my Orbi Wifi 6 (ax1800 rbr350) locks up (PC Internet drops and lost access to WiFi) when my sons Ipad has gone flat. It has happened twice now.. Simple unplug power, 10 seconds, replug...

what do you mean its "gone flat". 

Battery died? 

Set it down?

 

What firmware is on the Orbi? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to?

No Modem/gateway other than tis device. Only this device is in the flow.
