Orbi wifi 6 locks up when ipad goes flat, 2 times now
So twice now, my Orbi Wifi 6 (ax1800 rbr350) locks up (PC Internet drops and lost access to WiFi) when my sons Ipad has gone flat. It has happened twice now.. Simple unplug power, 10 seconds, replug...

Sorry what I mean is when the battery in iPad goes down to 1% or 0% (and needs to be recharged).

Firmware is managed by Telco so we cannot upgrade ourself, and if we could we would lose support from Telco.
IF FW is managed by your ISP, you'll need to contact them for help and support for information regarding this since they are handling the FW on your system. Sometimes ISPs do this while using actual NG routers but they develop and test FW for there uses on there services which is out of NGs hands.
