Any progress on this?

I have a brand new Non Managed Netgear switch (which works great with my OLD router) that is also not the problem. Netgear's tech support was not able to figure it out and actually swopped the device for a replacement (assuming it was a hardware issue) and the new one is doing exact same thing. I feel there must be a setting in the orbilogin.net configuration panel but not sure where to start. My ISP is Optimum with a Altice UBC1326 Modem. Does anyone have any suggestions before I sell this router on E-Bay, broadcast a terrible review on social media and just go my merry way???

No progress so far.
I asked Optimum (my ISP) to switch me to bridge mode. They were unable to do so. They were also unable to turn off the WIFI radios on their modem.
I also tried to go into AP mode but did not have an internet connection at all when I did that.
I am starting to lose hope.
Thanks

ISP couldn't set bridge or disable wifi radios...you might ask for escalated suppport for help with there modem...or ask the ISP if there is a modem only option that you can used instead of this gateway modem you currently have.

Nothing besides the gateway option exists at 1gigabit and the third party modems at that speed without gateway dont have the VOip function for telephones. Right now I'm going to try to switch to AP Mode and see what happens.

AP mode should work then...
