ORBI Wifi 6 RS850
Hi
I have mapped 3 satelittes in each floor of my house. So the 1st floor connects to 2nd floor, which connects to 3rd floor
The problem is that none of my device connects to the 2nd floor router. Even the homepod which is 10cm close to the router. They all connects to the 1st or 3rd floor.
And this is causing some performance issues.
Do you know why ? And how can I fix this?
Thanks
Benoît

It would help to be consistent in describing the various components. Generally, there is one router and the rest are satellites. (Netgear indicates this on the part numbers. RBR850 being the router and RBS850 being a satellite.)
Is it correct to assume that the router is on floor 1 and there are satellites on floors 2 and 3? The Home Pod is on floor 2?
What happens when the Home Pod is disconnected from power and then plugged in again?
Are the connections being observed on the Orbi web interface, Attached Devices page?
Or, on the Orbi 'app' Connected Devices display?
