Orbi Wifi 6 System AX5200 with RBS750P Satellite W/Spectrum Modem
I picked up the new orbie listed above because my old Orbi wifi 6 died on me. I am trying to connect it to a Spectrum Modem and I get both booted up and fully on per the lights and testing. However when I go to get them to communicate per the Netgear Orbi app I get to the ethernet cable section and it stalls out.I swapped out the cables to see if I had a bad cable, but the same result.
I was going to try and connect it manually, but I do not know all of the info needed.
Has anyone run into this before? I did get a Netgear tech on the line, but he was unable to help, The next thing is i will need to get a tech out to get it fixed. So before I do this I am hoping someone else has run into this before and know how to fix it.
