Does Orbi WiFi 6 System (RBK853) AX6000 have remote management so i can connect from anywhere to my home network? How can i setup it
Remote management is for managing the RBR and it's configuration.

I believe it does. I haven't tried it a while.

https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NATIt works for me but it is very basic. You can see what is attached and you can initiate a router reboot. You can pause/resume devices. That's about it. But for what it is, it is quick and good.
Is tha for the orbi app? If so, then yes, you only get basic status and disable devices is all.
I believe you can log into the RBRs web page with a web browser from a remote location which should give you same advanced web page features.
