I'd try 1-6-11.
Not sure what you're options are for 5ghz and I don't have a dual band version to test with
Have you tried moving the satellite around? or closer?
Maybe there is a sync issue.

Have shifted the satellite about 6ft closer (router and satellite are now less than 30ft apart) but still having the same problem. Note that this has been happening only in the last week or so after about three months of perfect functioning. There hasn’t been any changes in the original configuration.
Have you tried changing wifi channels?
the 350 series is dual band without the dedicated backhaul. maybe there's interference
No, I haven’t tried that. Can it be done through the Orbi app or do I need to connect in some other manner?
I'm pretty sure you can do it through the app (haven't tried in a while).
I usually just do it through the browser.
