Getting a privacy alert on my network. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello Venturer51 ,
Thank you for providing that information!
The issue you are experiencing may be occurring because your Orbi network is not using the latest wireless password encryption (WPA3-Personal [SAE]). To resolve this issue please use WPA3-Personal as your password security options.
Please follow the instructions below to change the wireless password security encryption for your RBR750:
First, Navigate to orbilogin.com
Next, Select the wireless option
Now on the right, select WPA3-Personal [SAE] (Located under security options)
Then, select apply.
Best,
Kevin

Setting is at wpa3 personal and still getting privacy alert. No alert when using guest network. Is this something I should worry about?

Certainly easy to validate. Disconnect from WiFi. Enable feature. Connect to WiFi.

Hello plemans,
It is true that Wi-Fi password encryption WPA2 is still sufficient because it uses AES instead of TKIP. However, that message usually shows up when it detects that the most recent security standards are not being used. This iOS feature was released in iOS 14 to help educate and protect users.

Also be aware that Apple implemented another mode in the Private Wi-Fi feature in iOS, FIXED is now an option. I Think this was to help elevate some issues users were seeing with some router systems having Randomized enabled and only other option was disabled with would cause a privacy alert on the phone when connected to any SSID signal, regardless if WPA3 was present or not.
The Randomizer would show the phone on the router systems connected pages as UNKNOWN. Users were bothered by this. I believe FIXED how shows the phone model host name correctly. I prefer to disable it entirely while I'm at home. Zero need for MAC Address modifications while at home.
