orbilogin.com "admin" pop-up not there
My internet was getting a little slow and lagged at times. So, I went to at AT&T's website and used the "Restart Gateway" option. I have the Motorola BGW210-700. No problem! Internet is running fine!...

Are you trying to access orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1?
What browser are you using?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
FYI, Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
I would try option #2 first.

- I am trying to access orbilogin.com
- I am using Safari
- I don't know what firmware I have. How would I check that?
- Seeing that a double NAT was ill-advised, I thought I set it up as an access point (several months ago) but I'll do the troubleshooting tips and see if I can fix it. Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I'd tried logging into orbilogin.com prior to "Restarting the Gateway"

Try Firefox or Opera and 192.168.1.1 and see if you can access the RBRs web page.

No luck on Firefox. It went to the same netgear page referenced in my original post.

So 192.168.1.1 doesn't work? Does 10.0.0.1 work?
If not, I would disconnect the RBR from the ISP Modem and disconnect ALL other LAN devices from the RBR accept for 1 wired PC.
Factory reset the RBR by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds then release. Once the RBRs front LED starts pulsating WHITE, try accessing the RBRs web page at HTTP and 192.168.1.1.
Be sure to clear out ALL browser caches before.

If you set it up in access point mode already, then log into the att router and look under its attached devices page (or equivalent). The ATT router assigns an ip address to it and its not going to be using the default ip addresses. So find what it assigned to it and use that to access it.

UPDATE: So oddly enough, I attempted to go back into orbilogin.com a minute or two ago ... SUCCESS! I don't know what changed but it's working for me now.
So I'm logged in there. With my BGW210, what settings should I have in orbilogin.com? And what settings should I have on the AT&T side of things? I just want to make sure everything is running correctly.
Thanks!
