OrbiRBR50 --> Orbi(AX)RBR850; is it possible to buy RBR850 by itself?
Hello,
I'm running an RBR50 at home (AC wifi) and it's working fantastic. I'd like to upgrade to the AX version of the Orbi router. Is it possible to buy just the router?
Also, is there a big difference between AC and AX Orbiin anyone's real-world experience?

I haven't seen just the RBR850 sold alone. They currently come in kits, RBK852 and 853. 1 RBS or two RBS.
I would get the kit so you have a full working system.
NG has not made the RBS50 series fully compatible with the RBK850 series system as of yet. No idea when that will happen. They only work wired to the 850 series RBR. And even then some have reported config sync issues with the RBS here and there.
