Orcon - NetGear Orbi RBR350 + Satelitte + WiFi Issues
I made a plan change with Orcon in NZ and also decided to give the Orbi System a try RBR350 + 1 Satellite. I previously had the old reliable FritzBox and might have to go back... I set it all up,...

A quick scan of your long list of issues suggests that they are mostly down to wifi connectivity. I'd rule out errors on the wif client side before blaming the router, the source of the wifi.
Maybe homing in on one issue might offer some pointers.
After the ISP change, did you change the SSID and passwords on the new network to reflect the old settings? Or did you reset the wifi clients and introduce then to the new network?

RBR350 Firmware is 4.20.0.4 (what it came with from the ISP)
Your firmware suggests that this router may have been cooked up for your ISP.
If so, have you talked to them about this?
It doesn't appear in the mainstream library for the RBR350.
RBR350 / RBS350 Firmware Version 4.4.1.29 - NETGEAR Support
Unfortunately, Netgear doesn't show much interest in third party suppliers.
I have the Router to the ONT,
And that ONT is? Model number?

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your issue.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Thanks for the reply!
My issues are essentially connectivity to Teams / MS / MFA from Android when on WiFi. Something is not getting to and from MS for whatever reason and stalling the process / not refreshing the content.
In reply to your queries:
No, I started fresh and have a new SSID of "MY-ORBI" type thing and created a new password and re-connected everything manually.
I contacted my ISP and they basically said we don't provide support for the ISP provided hardware, you should contact NetGear. Pretty BS in my opinion...
Yes it is some cooked up ISP version, that seems far ahead of the provided 4.4.1.29 on the Netgear site.
The ONT is a Chorus NZ provided ONT200, not very specific I know - https://www.chorus.co.nz/q/model-type-200
Thanks! I shall keep tinkering...

Your problem seems to be with wifi. You say that the Teams issues go away when you have a wired connection. Have you disabled things like QoS on the router? It just gets in the way with fast Internet connections.
If everything else works as expected, it is hard to see how your router is discriminating against a narrow set of functions.
It is a natural instinct to scream "router" whenever someone has a connection problem. Sadly, the Internet is a complicated chain of bits and pieces talking to each other.
Were there any incompatibilities with these Microsoft services, we should have heard about there here. There have been a few discussions, but they were inconclusive.
Maybe there are a few clues in there:
Search - NETGEAR Communities – Microsoft teams
My use of Teams is based on the configuration set up by the people at the other end of the chain. Have you sought help at that end, or from Microsoft?
I contacted my ISP and they basically said we don't provide support for the ISP provided hardware, you should contact NetGear. Pretty BS in my opinion...Indeed, you would expect them to support the kit they provide but the general experience of ISPs suggests that their tech support is dismal.

That looks like a standard ONT, with no router component to get in the way.

Well for anyone else having similar issues these changes seem to have fixed my issues for now.
A) MS Teams not refreshing on Android 14 / Outlooking not showing new messages.
B) Google Nest Hub 2 not working / something went wrong / there was a Glitch over and over... Linked to IPv6 from google searching.
Turning off IPv6 at this level seems to have worked in combination with disabling AX mode on 5Ghz WiFi. Neither seem to fix the problem when just done by themselves...
