Order Placement on Netgear Website

Question

I've been trying to place an Orbi AX order on the Netgear website for over a week. Product is in stock. Put item in cart, add 10% discount code, enter credit card info, select REVIEW ORDER and screen goes gray with white dot spinning. Never gets to final order page. Tried calling Netgear but wait time was prohibitive.

Using Safari on both MacBook Pro and iPad. Same problem with both devices.
