orib schedule not working

I have attempted to set schedules for block games and sites while my child is in school however the schedule never works properly. I  have validated NTP is correct, so I have the correct date and time however if i check mon-fri even on the weekend the sites are blocked.  It appear to be an on or off and not respected the actual day selected.  I am on the current firmware with no updates available.

Steps: 

logon to Orbi --> Advnaced -->security

Schedule set time of day to  start 21:00 -> 16:00

Check mon- friday
