What is the difference in packet loss between the computer connected directly to the modem and the computer wired to the Orbi RBR750 router?
Is this phenomenon constant, or does it vary during the day?
Are there any devices on the local network that respond to ICMP ('ping')? Is the same sort of packet loss observed when pinging them?
The packet loss is 0 when connected to the modem directly vs usually 30-75% when connected to the router. It is constant and doesn't stop intraday. I haven't tested ICMP but some wifi devices work in a limited fashion and other wifi devices don't work at all. Computer pages load slowly and sometimes time out but sometimes load fully, although slowly.
