password attempts

I have a 3/4 year old RBR750 I've forgotten the password for. I know i can reset but i would like to try different passwords before I move on to that step. Are you limited in the number of attempts or can I try as many as I like before giving up?

    Three unsuccessful attempts in a row brings up  the Password Recovery process.  You can close the browser, connect again, and take three more attempts.   As long as you like.
