Percentage of speed reduction of AX 6000wifi in between the nodes
Percentage of speed reduction of AX 6000wifi in the between the nodes if I kept the nodes in between 30 ft

Hard to say. Depends on distance, building materials and envrinment. Distance is recomneded for wifi signal over lap, you don't want too much over lap. 30 feet or more is recommended. Depending on building materials as well.
