Poor sat status but blue light
Installed the 852 system 2 weeks ago and updated to the latest FW during install. All seems to be fine but satellite backhaul status says "poor" even though I get a blue light and broadband speed is ...
Be sure the FW updated to same version on RBS as the RBR.
Try moving the RBS a bit closer to the RBR. There maybe some building materials that are impacting the signal in between thus causing a Poor status. I have one of mine a basement. Though about 30 feet in between. See some POOR status but thats due to the concrete and steel and my RBS is up on 2nd level.
