Thank you for your response and your suggestions. Replying to your questions:
Firmware Version: V3.2.16.22_1.4.9
ONT is labeled Nokia but found a brochure for same model G-010G-A but brochure is from Alcatel Lucent.
I will look into your suggested next steps and reach out to my ISP since I don't have access to the ONT config. If they could bridge the modem, everything else would be within my capabilities. Beyond that, I would be treading very carefully.
Thank you so much for giving me some directions.
Happy New Year!

Ok, have the ISP check for NAT at the ONT or anything in between the ONT and the Orbi RBR. Default IP address string for NG is 192.168.1.1 and if your seeing 10.someting on the WAN or LAN side of the Orbi router, this means something up stream from the Orbi is using 192.168.1.1 and Orbi is changing to avoid a conflict.

Noted ... thanks, again!
Is it OK with you if I forward our exchange to my ISP?

Not sure thats needed. Something to ask the ISP about. If your in a signal NAT condition, you should need much if any PF configurations. Only use that where needed would be best recommendation.

Point taken ... I will post update when I hear back from the ISP.
Thanks,
