I’m having various issues now that I didn’t have when I first purchased my mesh unit. Is it possible to possibly fix the issues without having to factory reset both the RBR and the one RBS I have? I r...

I’d very much rather not do that so I’m glad you said that. Ok so I’ll go issue by issue. I’ll start with one issue and get your take to see what you may have as a fix.
1. My Orbi seems to be going offline multiple times a day. At night too. Not sure how to fix that. My wired devices as well as WiFi devices are seemingly affected.

What does the Orbi log show at these times?
The Orbi log can be found on the web interface, Advanced Tab, Administration Menu.
It is often a good idea to check with the Internet Service Provider. There was a situation on the forum a couple of weeks ago where the user spend days trying to solve this sort of issue and when the ISP sent a technician out, they found the coaxial cable drop had holes all over it (maybe from squirrels). After the cable was replaced, the problem went away.
If the ISP cable or equipment is causing the issue, messing with the Orbi isn't helpful.

- muusicmanAug 26, 2024AspirantI’m looking at the logs. They all look exactly the same at this point except for one entry on August 24… it says as follows….
Saturday, Aug 24, 2024 21:30:05 [DoS Attack: DosPortScan] from source…. Then a bunch of numbers and periods between them…
And then going backwards on Wednesday Aug 21 at 03:44:56 it says [UPnP set event: AddPortMapping] from source 192.1……
And then a bit earlier all the same except it says DeletePortMapping.
I see now it says Internet Disconnected at 17:03:51. It does say connected seconds later but that was my Birthday. I got a new Ethernet cable for my birthday that day and that evening I put it in from my fiber ONT to my Orbi RBR. That’s possibly that occurrence. Seems like I did it late afternoon early evening so that would match up. I see the AddPortMapping thing again earlier that day.
The log goes all the way back from now until August 17 at some point in the morning. All the days except for those that I noted all say the same thing and it looks like it was able to reach my IP addresses for each of my devices.
