My understanding is the RBS850's power supply is 12v 3.5amp.
so 42 watt. The tplink tl-poe10r only supplies Output: 12VDC 1A, 9VDC 1A, 5VDC 2A selectable.
so only 1 amp at 12v. Probably not enough to power it and be stable.
