RB350 no internet
We’ve had the Orbi set up for 1 year and now it’s stopped working and TPG (Aus) advised the router is no longer recognized. Have added Pppoe and set up VLAN 2 priority 0 and still no internet and Net...

"stopped working" is a bit ambiguous.
- The Power LED (on the back) glows green, correct?
- Does the system broadcast a WiFi signal?
- The comment about PPPoE and VLAN: was that done a year ago when the system was first installed, or just recently?
- Netgear hardware warranty in the US is one year. I have no idea what it is in Australia.
