Its available via logining into the orbi router using the web browser interface. From there you will be notified that a new firmware is available.

I still see "No New Firmware Available".

    Have you tried doing a manual check for the update? Advance options, administrative, firmware update.
    Tbh, I only discovered it by chance and I wasnt able to find the update on the netgear support page hence why I came here asking if people had any info about it.
