That would be around what you should be seeing with most 2x2 MIMO supporting devices. What I get with my iPhone 12 Max. 4x4 MIMO supporting devices will see near or over 900Mpbs depending.

I am actually using a iPhone 12 Pro Max and I new MacBook Pro - so both are capable of 4x4.
any idea about the missing enable ax mode checkbox ?

I don't think the 12 is 4x4 supporting...only 2x2
What connection rates are you seeing these devices connected at the RBR?

Your max link rate is going to be 1200mbps. and thats link rate. throughput tends to be 55-65% of link rate. (apple tends to be a bit higher in the effiency area than others so more towards the higher end.
Unless you have a different wireless card in there? If so, what wireless card do you have?
