RBK750 - Help with connecting Satellite. Reset, Can’t Connect.

I factory reset my RBR750 router. I had my two satellites unplugged. Once the RBR was up and running I plugged in the satellites. One in the garage connected no problem. The Sat in the office did not. The office satellite showed up in the Orbi App as offline. I powered it off and on. Didn’t help. Reset it with a toothpick and that didn’t do anything.

I then logged into the router via web and removed the office satellite, hoping I could install it like new. Not so.

I went to Add Satellite on the App, followed instructions with syncing and the Satellite still can’t be found.

Couple times I’d get a blue light on the satellite but still won’t connect. The sync buttons are pretty lame. Pressing it on the actual router doesn’t seem to do anything.

Not sure what to do. Any ideas?

I’m close in returning it all if I can’t get this Sat to connect and getting a new RBK kit from Costco. Setup would be fast since it’s all new and I’d use my same ssid and pw.
