RBK750 Access Control does not block device

I tested here and it works fine.
So you turned on Access Control
you unchecked "Allow all new devices to connect "
And you checked "Block all new devices from connecting"
That's how I set mine for testing. After setting, I rebooted the router via the GUI at orbilogin.com > Advanced > Advanced Home

Using the access control feature it is to block devices from connecting to your router’s Internet connection. Blocking devices with access control only blocks them from accessing the Internet. Devices can still access your router’s local network and communicate with your connected devices.....
I tested it and it's true. I used access control more to prevent unknown device to hack into my local device rather than limit internet bandwidth. So this current method doesn't work for me.
