ALL USERS of the 7 series Orbi AX system, please contact NG support by opening a support ticket and contact NG and ask them for the beta that seems to be avialable for the 7 series that seems to be directed to fixed what everyone with a 7 series has been having problems with:

Netgear support has no idea about a beta version.
- TheobuckSep 07, 2021ApprenticeIf you call Netgear support, be ready to do troubleshooting you don’t want. I factory reset ( I explained it would not help, and it didn’t). Changed my DNS server (it didn’t help). Finally, I got to tier 2. They had me upload a ton of files, so now I wait. But still no beta version FW.
- AggedwNGSep 07, 2021ApprenticeI have a strong suspicion that these issues are tied in to Armor.. Their push for cloud security and this fw limiting the ability to downgrade (or attempting to) is curious in timing. I got nowhere with support. I ended up having to go back to an old router just to have ethernet functionality. Best of luck.
