[RBK752] Scan function of Canon Printer TS8270 not working after connected with Orbi RBK752

Hi All, 

 

Canon TS8270 is a mulitfunction device include print and scan function.

I did a research on this community to solve the issue on connection problem.

However, after the print function is working, the scan function is not. It said cannot connect to scanner.

 

Any special settings need to set in the RBK752 on 2.4Ghz??

    Turn off AX for 2.4Ghz on the RBR under Basic tab/Wireless settings.

    Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings.

     

    After this, contact the pritners mfr for support, help and information regarding there product.
