RBK753 not reachable via Web Interface nor Android Application
I am running the lastet firmware available for the ORBI Router and Sats. This has been going on since I bought these units. After running for about a week or two, the router is not able to be reach...
This is my second set of ORBIs, first was a RBR500(??) and not this RBK753... Both from Costco... I am so tired of messing with this setup...
On top of this issue, the Sats will loose sync for no reason... everything working fine one minute and then they are gone. I am at the end of my rope with these and seriously considering just taking this back to Costco... a year of messing with this junk is enough.
I hear you mate, I've been struggling with stability issues on my RBK753 system since being automatically upgraded to firmware 4.6.5.14
I downgraded to last stable v3.x firmware version in order to have some stability but lost access to smart parental controls which I paid for. Obviously, NG doesn't care about this.
If i were you I would return it while you can (in my case I can't return it anymore) and move to a more mature solution. NG is definitely not interested in fixing issues with their current firmware. They are more interested in advertising their new junk.
