RBK753S - One satellite shows blanks for both 'model name' and 'current firmware version' ???

One of my two RBS753 satellites (show in red) is showing blanks (2nd and 4th columns in table below) for both 'model name' and current firmware version'. 

This issue was there with firmware 3.2.16.x and is sitll there with 3.2.18.x :(

Not sure I can even safely assume that the "no new firmware available" display for that row  (Satellite 1) is accurate given that the 2 blank columns being displayed on that row...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue on your Admin page?
