I didn't update anything. It was auto-updated. How do I update the RBS separately now? If The RBS needs to be updated first, why didn't it happen automatically? Why wasn't there a note/email/text/anything from Netgear about this requirement?

Was there a auto update disable seen on prior version of FW on the FW update section on the RBRs web page?
Do the RBS show up as connected on the RBRs web page at all? Might need to downgrade the RBR back to prior version to get the RBS to connect then update them first, then bring the RBR back to current version.

Thanks, I will look into that. I can tell you that I checked for firmware the other day and only found an update for the RBR, not the RBS. I didn't have auto-update selected because I work from home, that is why I was shocked to have a firmware update occur automatically. I am still not sure how it happened, but I know when because it happened overnight and my phone didn't reconnect automatically.

When my Orbi system updates firmware, it restarts which causes the log to include an entry such as this one:
[Initialized, firmware version: V2.7.4.24] Thursday, July 07, 2022 12:03:27My Orbi has not been restarted since July.
Does your 760 log file show an entry from last night?

Update... I restarted both Satellites and I am able to connect to them both. I verified both have the latest firmware, so all 3 devices are up-to-date. This issues are all on the latest V6.3.6.2 firmware.
Another thing to add is that when logged in to the Satellites, I am seeing 2.4GHZ as disabled (on both Satellites) when both 2.4 and 5GHZ are enabled on the RBR.
I did check the logs and I have a lot of spam (DoS Attack: ACK Scan) so I don't see anything about the update.
