The 753 is a good system the 763 is also good. The 753 has a quad core processor and the 763 is a dual core. Concurrent drives the 753 is 30 and the 763 is 100. Now there are a few more differences and yes the S is for the armor security which 1 year is included. There is also a new 753P which is also an ax5400 and has the shape and size of the 763 systems
