RBK852 - Wifi speed issues WiFi AX6000

My RBK852 is rating 1.2 GB per sec at the router (according to the Netgear phone app.) My Samsung 21S is rating 850 mb per sec, which is good. But I have a new ASUS Flip 15 - i7 core, and 16GB Ram with a intel AX wifi card.  The new laptop is only rating  475mb per sec on wifi? The Orbi seems to be performing ok, but the laptop speed is low?

 

I cant find a ASUS community page so I thought  I might inquire here.

    What intel ax card is in it? 

    some devices are only 1x1 antenna devices and others are 2x2. 

    What link speed do you get? (hint, link speed isn't the same as throughput speed. Throughput tends to be roughly 55-65% of link speed)

    How far from the router/satellite are you? 5ghz speeds drop off quickly with distance.
