I should have mentioned that if you factory reset the values will be changed to 64. I factory reset my RBR. :smileywink:

I was able to manually update the router fine, but unable to update my two satellites. Prompts for the user name/password but will not accept the correct user/password combination from the router. Tried resetting both satellites and reconnecting to the router, no luck. So now I have mismatched firmware, with the router on the updated version and the satellites on the older version.

I noticed last week that I couldn't get into my second RBS so I just blew it off. Today when I updated, I hit the same thing. Out of habit, I've left my Username the default, "admin". So I wiped my password and tried the default, "password" and it worked. I got right in. A couple of weeks ago when I did a "Pin-Hole Rest" after reverting the FW back to 10.11 from 10.13T, I rebooted the RBR and still had problems with the RBS2 joining the network and several other problems. Usually they may take a couple of minutes to jump on, but... Then when it did, it wouldn't take any other user assigned name through the Orbi App than "Satillite-2". It seems to be slowly coming around after doing the unthinkable, which I've been doing a lot lately, and in this case, used the backup settings file from the previous 10.11 install. Once reinstalled things worked better than when inputting the settings from scratch. But it was the default NG logins that got me in.

Try admin and password for the log in.
Also besure to clear all browser caches before entering the web pages of the RBS and RBR. Seen odd problems with browsers and cached information.
I updated mine yesterday and was able to log in to the RBSs web pages using the RBRs log in info. They are wirelessly connected.
Always be sure to update RBS first then RBR lastly.
