Rbk852 trying to add another satellite
Currently have rbk852. Bought an additional satellite rbs850. It will not sync no matter what I do, try and sync it via the app, router login page or just sync buttons on router and satellite. Plug...

Thanks for your reply. So I got it to work earlier today.
I did the firmware update before posting original query and tried hardwiring it to the rbr.
In the end I turned off my original RBS. Found it in the attached devices via the router login.net interface. Removed it from the listing. Then synced up the new RBS whilst it was hardwired to the rbr. Synced successfully. Then turned my original RBS back on and it connected back just fine.
