If your ISP modem has a built in router, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
I recommend trying option #2 first...

Thanks for your answer! I found multiple DNS problem threats but without a real solution. Did I miss the solution or does Neatgear sell €1200 products that can't even handle the most basic actions???

Thanks for your answer! The first option is sadly impossible. I called them a few times but the same answer everytime....
I think option 2 is allready the situation here. I attached a screenshot. But I had my Orbi already set as exposed host to be able to connect to my domotica.
Can you check if I'm right? Could it still be helpfull to test option 3? I'm not excited to test it since I set up multiple fixed IP adresses and hope other devices won't get problems.

I would ask the ISP about if your Exposed Host configuration is correct. It looks like it.
Been a known issue as well that some ISP modems DMZ or Exposed Hosts may not work well.
Yes, try AP mode with the RBR850. You'll need to remove the Exposed Host configuration from the modem though when you do this.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for your answers. I'm currently in discussion with Netgear from The Netherlands, they are giving support still. So I'll leave it to them for now. If I find the solution I'm coming back here!
