RBK853 Solid White Light After Power Cut
Firmware Version V3.2.16.22_1.4.9 We had a couple of power cuts last weekend and since then the LED on the modem has stayed on solid white. I have tried power cycling etc. but the light remains on. ...
ON the modem? The RBK is a router and satellite system. No modem.
Did you try powering off both router and ISP modem for 30 seconds then back on with the modem first, then router?
Yes, sorry on the router. I have tried switching both ISP ONT & router off for 30secs then switching on the ISP ONT on then router once that booted up and showing green status. White light remains on solid on router. Thank you
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the ONT and RBR. Cat 6 is recommended.
You might try a factory reset on the RBR and setup from scratch..
