- Thank you for your reply. I wasn’t able to contact them because of the fact the system said my support had expired. I finally figured out that if I submitted a request for an RMA (since the equipment was still under warranty) I would have a trouble ticket. This in fact worked and my dates were corrected by the NG representative.
